The importance of building a positive image for Hull has been recognised by pioneering company, Hull Trains, who have become the latest company to join the CityImage Bond Holder Scheme.

Each member of Hull Trains onboard hospitality staff are already ambassadors for the city having completed an Ambassador’s Course and can answer passengers’ questions about Hull, its top ten aspirations and its attractions.

Paul Lakin, sales and marketing manager of Hull Trains said:

“Hull Trains is a true representation of pioneering Hull. We have challenged conventional train travel and now offer a fresh new service to transport citizens, visitors and tourists to and from London.

“I am delighted to add to our support by becoming a Bondholder as we contribute an important element to the city’s image as first point of contact for rail users. It is therefore important to give an excellent first impression”.

Deb Tate, Commercial Marketing Controller, CityImage says:-

“Hull Trains is a pioneering organisation that perfectly reflects the innovative aspirations of CityImage and we are delighted to welcome them on board.”
